Breakfast is a pleasure to be savored in the soft awakening of a holiday, rather than in the rush of the daily routine, a pleasure that is perfectly reflected in the slow lifestyle of Villa9cento. Precisely for this reason we pay particular attention to our breakfasts (sweet and savory on request) that embody the philosophy of slow food and zero kilometer nutrition. You can enjoy the seasonal fruit from our garden, from which we get tasty juices and jams, you can taste the fresh eggs of our hens, immerse yourself in the intoxicating scents of our homemade desserts. We try to satisfy all the different dietary needs compatibly with our possibilities.

There are no disposable plastic sticks for mixing drinks

There are no disposable plastic straws

There are no disposable plastic bottles for water, we are lucky enough to have very good water from the taps.

There are no disposable plastic bottles for other beverages

There are no disposable plastic cups

There are no disposable plastic cutlery / plates


Due to Covid 19, we are inclined to temporarily offer our guests single-use courtesy sets of natural Italian products, instead of the more ecological dispensers.

Villa9cento recycles glass and plastic that guests can give to the owners.

Unless otherwise specifically requested, the rooms will be cleaned and tidied up, and the linen changed, after the third night of stay.

We invite you to respect the silence from 11pm to 7am and always speak in a moderate voice.

Please never leave lights or air conditioning on.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and in the breakfast room.

    Most of the food provided by the structure is zero kilometer All the lights in the structure are powered by LED bulbs All windows are double glazed Our structure uses 80% of electricity deriving from renewable sources thanks to the presence of panels solar and heat pumps that provide hot water and a wood-burning fireplace for heating. In this regard, guests are invited to pay attention to waste related in particular to lights and air conditioners left on in their absence.

Your four-legged friends are welcome in our B&B, with a large open space and greenery to play with them or to give them a vacation from life in the city.


In our facility you will find information on walks and services available, accessories in the room such as a mat with a bowl for food and water; rooms with large and comfortable balcony. We provide information on beaches where your dog is welcome for a peaceful holiday. Furthermore, a trusted veterinary clinic is easily accessible from our B&B.
