VILLA 9cento

An enchanting place with over a century of history immersed in nature and quiet where memories overlap, merging between reality and fantasy.

Over a century of history ...

Villa9cento is a manor house of the last century immersed in a one hectare park.

The structure is managed by Mara and Chiara, two sisters born and raised in this house.

Built in 1897, between two centuries, Villa9cento rises in Villa Sant'Antonio, a district that is part of the Municipality of Castel di Lama (AP), the birthplace of the painter Domenico Ferri (Castel di Lama 1857- Bologna 1940). The house has hosted four generations, including grandmother Clara, grandson of the painter, which is why in the house it is possible to admire several of his works and photographs that portray him. The villa was completely renovated in 2016 and has been furnished respecting the styles that have followed one another in over a century of history according to the principle of reuse and second hand. Each piece of furniture in our rooms has been chosen and selected with care, in order to create a refined design capable of harmonizing different styles and origins.
